My name is Lou Kerestesy, and I've been helping teams collaborate for decades. First in a local community mental health center and later in a Federal government agency. I've started, owned, and operated a few businesses. And along the way I raised a family and earned a Master of Science in Conflict Resolution.
During the pandemic I thought a lot about what I wanted to do next, and I decided to show clients how to do what they hired me for. To build team capability to communicate better, solve problems faster, and have a great time doing it.
Collaboration can seem like magic or luck, maybe thanks to a talented leader or to team chemistry. Those help but you don't need lightening to strike. You can collaborate how you need to, when you need to, if you know how to do it. And you can do it starting in your next meeting.
Call me to learn how.
